indiemanc, that's me, Mark, had an epic nervous breakdown 7 years ago. It took 5 years to recover and I lost everything, the lot. Mental health issues almost always start in childhood. My parents, and theirs, all suffered terribly. Likely, so did yours. Long story short, this is where I am now. Recovered! Never been better. Never give up.
